- Management Personal Assistant (MPA)
The MPA reports to the CEO and supports members of the ExCo with administrative tasks and also oversees arrangements for all public relations and staff wellness functions and housekeeping. The MPA is responsible for:
- General secretarial and administrative support to members of the ExCo including travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, office management etc.
- Arranging and overseeing the induction of new employees as well as the exit process upon resignation.
- Creating, maintaining and safe storage of a personnel file for each employee.
- Maintaining the personnel database that forms part of the MIS.
- Arranging and overseeing all public relations and staff wellness functions and gatherings.
- Directing and overseeing the company reception tasks and personnel.
- Directing and overseeing all company housekeeping tasks and personnel.
- Managing the staff wellness and housekeeping expenses budget.
